Customer Support Specialist (Banking) Full Time

Location: Augusta, GA
Pay Rate: $17/hour (W2)
Schedule: Any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required

Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide high-touch support for consumer banking customers. The role involves handling a high volume of cases across multiple communication channels while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and messaging channels
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer cases efficiently
• Support escalation handling for Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert on consumer banking products, services, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with client onboarding processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company policies
• Maintain strong organizational skills to meet SLA timelines
• Adapt quickly to product, service, and process changes
• Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of banking or financial services experience preferred
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and regulatory guidelines
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be flexible to work shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM EST and Saturdays as needed
