Customer Service & Vendor Relations Specialist Full Time

We’re seeking a Customer Service & Vendor Relations Specialist to join a growing team and serve as the key link between customers, sales representatives, and vendors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and ensuring orders move smoothly from quote to delivery. You’ll be involved in customer communication, vendor coordination, order processing, and purchase order management while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and vendors
• Follow up with customers regarding payments, artwork approvals, and order status updates
• Coordinate custom quote requests with vendors on behalf of the sales team
• Generate, verify, and manage purchase orders throughout the entire lifecycle
• Provide post-purchase order support and vendor communication
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order processing

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Experience with order management, purchasing, customer support, or vendor relations is preferred
