What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound call support to understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service options
- Engage in authentic conversations with customers to assist with order support and complete purchases
- Ask probing questions to ensure customers select the right products and services
- Recommend additional accessories and protection services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience, with the ability to recommend technology products
- At least 6 months of retail experience is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills and positive customer interaction experience
- Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or comparable technology
- Experience in probing techniques and customer persuasion to drive sales results
- Flexible availability to support various shifts and business needs
