What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned associations, providing insights, guidance, and support
- Own and resolve complex account issues, policy questions, and escalations requiring advanced analysis and discretion
- Collaborate across various departments to support end-to-end case resolution and process improvement
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of complex matters requiring investigation and follow-through
- Identify trends and elevate recommendations for improvement based on member interactions and feedback
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
- Experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build trust through professionalism and clear communication
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience handling escalated or high-importance accounts in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with service environments where discretion and technology-enabled solutions are critical
