This is a full-time, on-site import and export operations role based in Huntington Beach, open only to local residents.
Responsibilities include managing shipments from booking to delivery, coordinating with carriers and overseas partners, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. The role requires responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting delays, and handling trade show shipments.
Qualifications include hands-on import/export experience, strong customer service, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Vietnamese is mandatory, and experience with trade show logistics is preferred.
