We’re looking for a CTP Operator to join our Prepress team! In this role, you’ll operate Computer-to-Plate (CTP) systems to produce high-quality printing plates while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CTP systems, including loaders, imaging systems, and processors
• Perform quality checks to ensure plates meet production standards
• Maintain proper chemistry levels and processor conditions
• Read plating schedules, retrieve impositions, and confirm job approvals
• Load files, slug pages, and process plates for production
• Safely transport finished plates to the pressroom
• Enter completed jobs into databases and manage file cleanup
• Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks
• Complete weekly deep cleaning and servicing of processors

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of plate-making and prepress processes
• Ability to read and interpret impositions and job proofs
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with databases
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent organization and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and follow production schedules
