Inside Account Executive (Remote)
HOA Start is hiring a high-performing Account Executive who embraces AI, thrives in a SaaS environment, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-opportunity company.
Position Overview
The Account Executive will build and manage a pipeline consisting of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and self-generated opportunities through outbound prospecting. In this role, you will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including discovery, demo, proposal, and close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving revenue targets. This is a key growth role for a driven sales professional who is ready to make an impact in a high-velocity, relationship-driven industry.
This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage qualified inbound leads and convert opportunities into closed business.
· Generate self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, sales sequences, referrals, partnership development, and AI-assisted research.
· Develop new industry partnership channels and expand opportunities within existing partner relationships.
· Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to each buyer’s role, including board members, property managers, and developers.
· Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, including notes, deal stages, and next steps.
· Collaborate closely with SDRs and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and pipeline generation goals.
· Share customer feedback with product and operations teams to help influence future enhancements and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
· Experience and working knowledge of HOA Property Management preferred.
· SaaS or technology sales experience, including inbound, outbound, or full-cycle selling.
· Strong proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
· Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline and accelerate through pipeline.
· Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
