Role Overview
We are hiring a Crisis Operations Program Manager to lead crisis response and operational resilience programs. The role combines incident command discipline with cross-functional coordination — keeping the business running when things get hard.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead operational response to incidents that affect customers, employees, or operations
– Build and maintain incident response playbooks and resilience programs
– Coordinate cross-functional incident bridges and command structures
– Run tabletop exercises, simulations, and post-incident reviews
– Partner with security, IT, communications, and legal during live incidents
– Track incident metrics and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 5+ years in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity
– Strong understanding of incident command frameworks (ICS, ITIL incident management)
– Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
– Calm, structured approach under pressure
– Experience leading cross-functional operations during incidents
– Business continuity certifications (CBCP, MBCI) are a plus
