We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Leader, Salesman, Boat Dock Installer to join our energetic team. Duties

• Lead and coordinate boat dock installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion
• Engage with customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and promote additional services or upgrades
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during installations
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute dock designs and modifications
• Conduct construction site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Install fixtures such as cleats, ladders, lighting, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and other accessories
• Perform restoration work including caulking, sealing, staining, painting, masonry repairs, or other touch-ups as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to all safety protocols throughout each project

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management, site supervision or crew leadership within the construction or marine installation industries
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes
• Hands-on experience with carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), roofing, concrete forming/finishing, masonry or related trades preferred
• Familiarity with electrical systems (schematics understanding), plumbing installation or repair is a plus
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (such as forklifts or cranes), and fabrication machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex installations
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles or equipment safely
