Position Overview

We are hiring for a full-time Sales Representative to support customers in a retail environment by helping them explore wireless products and service plans. We are an authorized distributor of AT&T services and products. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and comfortable working directly with customers.

This role involves face-to-face interaction, product presentations, and sales transactions, along with participation in team meetings and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to appropriate service areas within the store
• Ask questions to understand customer preferences, usage needs, and budget
• Present available wireless devices, plans, and service options in a clear and professional manner
• Assist customers in comparing products and selecting suitable solutions
• Complete purchases by processing transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Attend team meetings focused on performance goals, product updates, and sales techniques
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and offerings
• Contribute to a positive team environment and customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining product options
• Basic technology and computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
