Construction Spray Foam Technician Experience Required Full Time

Job description

We are a family owned/operated business located in Anchorage since 1985 and are looking for an individual with drive and self-discipline to join the team. We offer paid time off, year-end bonuses, Davis Bacon work and company family-friendly events.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in spray foaming with a knowledge of open/closed cell foams, polyurea coatings and Graco Reactors.

Here is glimpse of what you will do:

• Spray multiple residential and commercial jobs a week.
• Operate and troubleshoot Graco Reactors
• Work closely with the insulation team to complete jobs accurately.
• Attend project meetings as required.

Here is some of what you will need:

• Spray foam experience, one year.
• The physical ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds of hose and tools.
• Strong time-management, organizational and relational skills.
• The ability to work and travel between 40-70 hours a week.

Compensation: Base Salary DOE

Job Type: Full-time, Overtime

Schedule:

• 7 Days a week if necessary

Supplemental pay types:

• Paid Time Off

Experience:

• Spray Foam experience: 1 year
• Troubleshooting and operating Graco Reactors: 1 Year
• Insulation Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License and clean record
• Pre employment drug test required
