Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Leadman to work with crews hands on and coordinate construction activities at our project sites. This vital role requires a proactive leader who can manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Construction Leadman, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, working with crews, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. project scheduling, and site oversite will be essential to our success in delivering complex projects across diverse locations.

Duties

• Lead construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
• Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide onsite work accurately
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety standards such as OSHA and project requirements
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct site inspections adherence to safety protocols including regulations
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress, issues, track change orders, and project logs.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations
• Extensive knowledge of construction Planning. Able to read Blueprints and shoot grages is essential .. Must prove you can preform these task.
• Hands-on experience with construction equipment in the operation and supervise there needs preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and experience implementing safety programs on-site
• Leadment experience that highlights leadership qualities in managing diverse teams effectively
• Must be able to travel on occasion for certain Projects.
• Must have Clean DMV with report and Osha 10

Pay: $23.50 – $32.00 per hour
