Qualifications of Construction Framer:

• 4 + Years of Wood Framing or Carpentry experience required
• Post-Frame Building Post-Frame or Pole Barn Construction experience preferred
• Agricultural Buildings, Farm Facilities, Shops, Barns, Garages, and Commercial Buildings experience preferred

Responsibilities of Construction Framer:

• Framing and building wood structures for agricultural and commercial projects
• Responsibilities include measuring and cutting lumber, assembling wall and roof framing, installing trusses and sheathing, and assisting with post-frame or pole barn construction for buildings such as barns, shops, equipment storage buildings, and garages
• Hands-on building, jobsite layout, scheduling, time tracking, labor oversight, and material management
• Set up and clean up of job site
