You will serve as the “in-house engine” of our territory—acting as the critical first point of contact for families, managing our sales pipeline, and leveraging technology to optimize our operations. Key Responsibilities

• High-Impact Inside Sales & Intake: Conduct comprehensive, empathetic phone intakes with families and seniors in crisis. Build immediate trust, address objections sensitively, and convert inquiries into scheduled community tours with our transitional Care Managers.
• Relationship & Referral Management: Serve as the internal liaison for our external referral network (case managers, social workers, and medical professionals), ensuring flawless, timely communication that drives repeat business.
• Sales Pipeline & Tech Optimization: Own the integrity of our proprietary database and CRM. Navigate Google Workspace to streamline scheduling, manage workflows, and ensure the field team has real-time data.
• Post-Placement Success: Maintain contact with families after placement to ensure satisfaction, secure glowing testimonials, and generate organic word-of-mouth referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Keep your pulse on the local senior care landscape, tracking and communicating community leadership updates, care quality changes, and availability.

Skills & Qualifications

• The Right Experience: 1+ years of Customer Service required. 1+ years of Sales experience preferred. A background or familiarity with medical terminology/geriatrics is highly valued.
• Technologically Savvy: Highly proficient with Google Docs, Google Calendar, MS Office, and modern CRM databases. You look for ways to use tech to work smarter, not harder.
• Sales Acumen with High Empathy: You love talking to people, possess exemplary patience, and know how to guide an emotional conversation toward a positive, decisive action (scheduling a tour).
• Execution & Detail: Exceptional time-management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a hyper-focus on data accuracy.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a professional, polished demeanor.
