Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves supervising daily site activities, managing subcontractors and crew members, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software and technical tools. Duties

• Familiar with commercial site work
• Heavy equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and vendors to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs
• Collaborate closely with project managers to update schedules, report issues, and coordinate project milestones
• Proven management experience in heavy civil or commercial construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of construction management practices
• Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple crews while maintaining high safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
