Position Pay:
$23.16
After 6 Months:
$26.78
Must be available to work all shifts.
1st Shift – 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
2nd Shift – 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
3rd Shift – 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
This is a Union position that follows a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Primary Purpose:
Setup, adjust, maintain and operate converting machine W+D and all associated equipment.
Job Duties:
Setup size change for current product line
Process W+D Flexo Plates
Perform machine troubleshooting as required
Operate high speed envelope converting/printing machine
Operate motorized power equipment
Perform TPM’s as required
Able to replace and set rotary knifes
Able to maintain 5S and a safe work environment
Understand and perform Color Management
Understand and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Use test and gauge equipment
Able to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Able to work with computer and automation equipment
Able to work with solvents, oil and grease
Ability to work from heights
Use hand and power tools
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
