Pay Range: $30 – $45 Depending on Experience

Full or Part-time

Experience:

1-5 years of estimating experience.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Docs

Highly Organized

+Bachelors or Associates Degree is a plus

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The estimator is responsible for generating accurate and timely estimates and providing the client with a complete and descriptive proposal. Must be able to meet clients on-site, understand what they are asking for, take notes, and confirm the scope of work. Read drawings and specifications, and fill out bid forms. Answer questions after the client has reviewed the proposal and read contracts, and generate a budget to give to the project manager and foreman. They will also assist the PM in pre-con and other owner meetings. Follow up on old proposals. In addition, assist the project manager with submittals, schedules, and notices. Applicant Qualifications are:

• Must be drug-free and PASS a pre-employment drug screen.
• Current valid driver’s license/vehicle
• Positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Able to climb ladders, hills, and other rough terrain on a site.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive
• Basic Math Skills
