OSF Flavors is an independent global flavor manufacturer specializing exclusively in food and beverage flavors for over 40 years. With manufacturing and innovation capabilities in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa, we develop customized flavor solutions for customers ranging from emerging brands to large multinational companies.
We are looking for a smart, curious, and commercially minded individual to help strengthen and modernize our commercial organization in North America.
This is a cross-functional role connecting sales, R&D, marketing, CRM, AI-enabled tools, customer service, and management. The objective is to improve sales execution, structure commercial opportunities, strengthen follow-up, and help the sales team become more proactive and effective.
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with better structure, prioritization, follow-up, and project visibility
• Improve CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and commercial reporting
• Help implement and optimize AI-enhanced commercial tools
• Coordinate customer projects between Sales, R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, and Management
• Develop sales presentations, commercial narratives, and customer-facing materials
• Translate technical information into clear commercial messages
• Monitor market trends, customer signals, and competitive activity
• Participate in selected customer visits, trade shows, and strategic meetings
Profile
• 3–7 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, marketing, commercial excellence, tech-enabled sales, CRM, business development, or related fields
• Strong academic background preferred
• Very strong analytical and communication skills
• High energy, strong character, and ability to learn quickly
• Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility
• Commercial mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to connect people, information, and priorities across functions
• Interest in AI, CRM, commercial transformation, and modern sales processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to influence and support teams without direct authority
Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, or flavors is a plus, but not mandatory.
Location
Candidates must currently reside in the New York City metropolitan area or be willing to relocate.
Regular travel to Windsor, Connecticut and selected customer visits across the US will be required.
