Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cranbury, New Jersey for a Commercial Lead. The Commercial Lead will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, coordinating purchasing efforts, and overseeing customer service excellence. Additionally, they will develop and maintain strong client relationships, strategize on account management, and work closely with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales (at least 2 years), with the ability to drive revenue and meet growth targets
• Knowledge in Purchasing and Account Management to build and maintain relationships while managing resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate operational processes
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
