Position overview

We’re hiring a Warehouse Packer to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a cold warehouse environment. This role is critical to ensuring products are handled safely, packed to cold-chain standards, and ready for carrier pickup within tight daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing slips and system instructions
• Pack to cold-chain requirements using insulation, ice packs, and temperature-sensitive materials; safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice blocks
• Verify product, quantity, labeling, and packaging accuracy before sealing each order
• Apply shipping labels and carrier-specific documentation correctly; meet daily pack-out targets aligned with carrier pickup windows
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with cold storage and food safety standards; communicate discrepancies, damaged product, or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly

Requirements

• Able to work extended periods in a cold storage / freezing environment
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace under time-sensitive carrier cutoffs
• Comfortable safely handling frozen gel packs and dry ice per cold chain protocols
• Reliable attendance with availability for early morning shifts (4:00am–5:00am start) on a 4-day work week, plus overtime as needed
• Previous warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
