Coating Technician Full Time NEW

Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Coating Technician, where you’ll play a vital role for maintaining tools to meet production needs and requirements.

Duties

• Work according to the team leader and supervisors’ work request
• Receive and understand the daily work list from team leader
• Follow the work order from team leader or supervisor
• One must follow the proper work procedure. If there is any issue, one must report to the team leader or supervisor
• Confirm and fill out the inspection check sheet, and report it to team leader. Work according to team leaders’ work request
• Write the daily logs and get confirmation from team leader or supervisor
• Communicate with the next shift technicians about the job performed or being performed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• 5-S in tooling shop area

Requirements

• On the job experience with mold maintenance
• Ability to interact well with other Departments
• Must possess good interpersonal skills
• Excellent attendance required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for periods of 12 hours
• Must be available to work rotating 10-hour shifts and weekends when necessary
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years previous plant experience is required
• Good eyesight is required
• Must maintain a positive and supportive attitude conducive with SL’s work environment
