Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented clinical research professional to support and strengthen our organization’s trial opportunity and sponsor engagement efforts across a growing multi-site research network.

This role will focus on strategic feasibility execution, sponsor and CRO opportunity coordination, pipeline management, and cross-functional alignment to help improve study award success and operational consistency.

The ideal candidate understands the realities of site competition and knows how to strategically position opportunities through strong communication, operational insight, and disciplined follow-through.

This role is highly collaborative and hands-on, partnering closely with business development leadership, investigators, site operations, and external sponsor/CRO partners to support opportunity progression from feasibility through award.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within clinical research sites, site networks, feasibility, sponsor engagement, or clinical operations
• Strong understanding of the realities of site-level clinical trial execution, patient recruitment, and sponsor/CRO expectations
• Experience strategically positioning research sites or networks for study opportunities from feasibility through award
• Proven ability to work directly with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and research site leadership
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and sponsor-facing storytelling skills, including the ability to leverage both data and narrative to position sites competitively
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify long-term sponsor growth, cross-selling, and relationship expansion opportunities
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Prior experience within a multi-site research network, site alliance organization, or site-facing business development/strategy role strongly preferred
