A Full-Time Client Service/Data Entry position is available in Orland Park, Illinois, offering an excellent opportunity to grow with a thriving insurance and financial services company.

Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am-3:00 pm.
Essential Job Functions Include
- Answering calls professionally and directing inquiries
- Assisting clients with questions about coverage, claims, and eligibility
- Communicating with carriers and internal teams
- Performing administrative tasks like processing applications and notes
- Maintaining punctuality, dependability, and adherence to company standards
- Supporting additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- No specific experience or education required; bilingual and licensing are a plus.

- Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonuses
