Remediation Technician Full Time NEW

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the mold remediation industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. No background in restoration services, including mold remediation, is required. We are willing to train the right individual. This role requires a willingness to get dirty, crawl under houses, do occasional heavy lifting, climbing ladders, handle contaminated materials using required PPE including full face respirators and Tyvec coveralls. It also requires working well together on a team, strictly following safety regulations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Duties

• Perform cleaning and restoration tasks related to water damage and mold.
• Execute mold remediation processes in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services as needed.
• Assist in mold abatement procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Safely operate company vehicles and power equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow detailed instructions regarding operations and documentation of activities.

Skills

• Proven experience in the food service industry is desirable.
• Proficiency in learning techniques specific to water damage and mold mitigation practices and accompanying safety measures.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration work.
• Experience in carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Clean driving record and current drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
