Role Description

The Chief Retail Sales Officer will oversee and optimize retail sales operations, ensuring the implementation of strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing sales teams, streamlining operations, and conducting employee training. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management to drive performance and meet revenue targets.
• Effective experience in Training and Team Management for fostering growth and development within the sales teams.
• Strong leadership qualities, strategic vision, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in retail or luxury retail industries is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
