POSITION SUMMARY
The Women’s and Children’s Alliance (WCA) is seeking a thoughtful, strategic, and mission-driven leader to serve as its Chief Program Officer (CPO). This is a unique opportunity to lead and strengthen a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. At an important point in WCA’s growth, the CPO will guide the organization’s programmatic vision and ensure services across shelter, clinical care, case management, court advocacy, and childcare are fully integrated, trauma-informed, and centered on a high-quality client experience. This leader will play a key role in ensuring every individual served feels safe, respected, and supported, while advancing measurable outcomes that reflect meaningful impact.
As a member of the Executive Team, the CPO will partner closely with the CEO and other leaders to strengthen alignment across programs, operations, and community partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to build on a strong foundation—supporting and developing program leaders, enhancing service quality, and using data and insight to guide continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings both strategic perspective and practical leadership, with a deep commitment to mission-driven work and a collaborative approach to leading teams.
