About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth enterprise seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational execution, infrastructure, and performance across a complex, multi-unit platform.
This executive will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in scaling the organization, driving alignment across business units, and building the operational foundation required for continued expansion.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a results-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise-wide operational strategy across multiple business units
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across operations, finance, sales, and product teams
- Own and manage full P&L performance, including cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Design and implement scalable operational infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Establish and monitor KPI frameworks and performance management systems
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic business outcomes
- Lead enterprise transformation and process optimization initiatives
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations leadership team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management
- Prior experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or in a comparable executive role
- Proven track record of owning P&L and scaling operations in complex organizations
- Experience within high-growth, multi-unit, or enterprise environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across leadership teams
- Demonstrated success in building systems, processes, and teams during periods of rapid growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $500,000
- Bonus: Performance-based incentive program
- Long-Term Incentives: Equity or other long-term compensation may be included
- Benefits: Comprehensive executive benefits package
