Charters Sales Coordinator Full Time

Blue Lakes Charters & Tours is a family-owned and operated transportation company that has proudly served Michigan since 1989. With a modern fleet of luxury motorcoaches and minibuses, we provide transportation for weddings, corporate events, school trips, wine tours, airport transportation, and group travel throughout Michigan and beyond.

We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Office Coordinator in our Traverse City office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Provide charter quotes and assist customers with booking transportation
• Coordinate trip details and customer itineraries
• Assist with office administration and daily operations
• Work closely with dispatch and operations staff to ensure smooth trip execution
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle reservations, data entry, and scheduling tasks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and general office experience
• Sales or transportation industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour
