Role Description

We are currently seeking a Casual Part-Time Associate at our Cypress, TX location. In this on-site role, you will engage with customers, deliver exceptional service, and help them find the perfect pair of sunglasses that meet their needs and suit their style. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and performing general store operations. You’ll also be expected to uphold our brand values while creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for customers.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with customers and provide tailored recommendations.
• Basic sales acumen with an ability to understand customer needs to meet sales targets and promote brand loyalty.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to a supportive and productive store environment.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily store operations, manage inventory, and assist in visual merchandising.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for guiding customers in finding stylish and high-quality sunglasses.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as part of a retail environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
