About The Role
As a member of the Developer Experience team at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and performance of our industry-leading observability platform, Chronosphere. This platform is designed for control in the modern, containerized environment, enabling customers to focus on impactful data and insights by reducing complexity and optimizing operational costs. Your primary responsibility will be to craft intuitive, fast, and reliable user experiences that empower software engineers to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently and confidently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to translate complex telemetry data into clear visualizations and workflows that simplify troubleshooting in high-pressure situations. Your contributions will directly influence the platform’s usability, scalability, and overall quality, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and effective experience.
