Campus Support- CSR Full Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient & Provider Liaison to support patient care coordination and administrative operations within a healthcare environment. This role serves as a key communication bridge between patients, providers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience across medical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Provider Liaison

• Manage patient communications related to ER visits, inpatient hospital services, and Early Bird Alert portals
• Provide patient education and ensure understanding of available healthcare resources
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams

Benefits & Enrollment Support

• Assist with marketing and enrollment efforts for healthcare programs
• Collaborate with brokers and benefits specialists to support enrollment processes
• Provide guidance on benefit offerings and eligibility

Administrative & Care Coordination

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Coordinate patient transitions between care settings
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Support prior authorization, insurance verification, and benefit verification processes

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in care coordination and healthcare workflows
• Ability to thrive in a call center environment
• Familiarity with:
• Prior authorization
• Insurance verification
• Benefit verification
• Proficiency in data entry and Excel data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a managed care or healthcare setting
• Advanced certification (e.g., Medical Assistant Certification or nursing school background) highly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience with project coordination or project management is a plus

Experience Level

• Entry Level (with preferred relevant healthcare experience)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
