Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the front line of support for members, & providers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate information is provided in a fast-paced call center environment.
Schedule & Availability
- Operating Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within these hours
- This is a fully on-site role
- Shift bids occur Quarterly, must have open availability
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status
- Handle 50–100 calls per day in a fast-paced call center setting
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and confidence
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product updates

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
