Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist/Day Porter to join our team in Watford City. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning environments.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
General Maintenance
- Perform routine facility maintenance including minor repairs, painting, window cleaning, and furniture moving
- Complete basic carpentry work such as drywall repair and use of hand and power tools
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs (unclog drains, replace toilet components, flush valves)
- Assist with HVAC upkeep including filter changes and belt checks
- Perform floor care including carpet extraction, stripping, and waxing
Day Porter Duties
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairways
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness in break rooms (appliances, counters, surfaces)
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash, replace liners, and clean receptacles
- Dust and wipe down offices, furniture, and common surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
