What You’ll Do

As a Business Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door.

You will:

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Be familiar with insurance benefits and help patients understand their financial responsibilities
• Manage patient communication through phone calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate schedules and help keep the office running smoothly
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive office culture
• Learn and grow within the business side of the practice
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-centered experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is positive, coachable, dependable, and has a love for dentistry

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of dental front office/business team experience
• Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and dental software systems
• References from past employers
