Your Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our club and youth sales team to fuel acquisition sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, exploring emerging markets, creating awareness with prospective customers and generating leads.
To Succeed, You’ll
BDRs will partner closely with Account Executives (who focus on growing acquisition revenue) and will report directly to a sales manager. BDRs will contribute to sales efforts across multiple account executive territories and will have the opportunity to grow quickly into other sales roles at Hudl.
For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha.

Compensation
The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.
Our compensation decisions are based on an individual’s experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
Base Salary Range
$34,000 – $46,000 USD
On-Target Earnings
$49,000 – $66,000 USD
