We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead investor outreach, strategic partnerships, and fundraising initiatives for NeuroCare+.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, healthcare investors, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute fundraising and investor outreach strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, pitch presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain investor databases and pipeline tracking systems.
- Assist in preparing investor decks, business proposals, financial summaries, and growth reports.
- Represent NeuroCare+ in startup events, networking sessions, accelerators, and investor forums.
- Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare organizations, clinics, hospitals, and technology partners.
- Conduct market research on funding trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the founders to support expansion and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship management with prospective investors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, startup fundraising, investor relations, sales, or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, fundraising cycles, and venture capital landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build professional networks and strategic relationships.
- Experience working with startups, healthcare, SaaS, or technology companies is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of angel investors, VCs, incubators, or startup communities.
- Experience in HealthTech or Digital Healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with startup pitch decks, valuations, and investment documentation.
