Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality for every guest.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff.
• Provide attentive table service, ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly interaction and prompt assistance.
• Support bussing and running food orders to maintain smooth service flow during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling and service areas.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties when needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a bonus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables/bar guests or tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor..
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations accurately.
• Experience with serving in catering or banquet environments is a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.

Pay: $7.00 – $12.00 per hour
