Frontier Team Member Full Time NEW

Our team works with nationally recognized telecommunications brands to expand their customer base through direct, in-person sales initiatives. As we continue growing throughout the central Connecticut region, we’re hiring a Frontier Team Member to support our telecommunications sales campaigns and help drive new customer enrollments.

This is a hands-on role focused on speaking directly with customers, explaining available Frontier services and promotions, and completing new account activations. If you’re comfortable starting conversations, enjoy working toward goals, and want an opportunity to build experience in sales, this position offers structured training and clear advancement paths.

Daily Responsibilities of the Frontier Team Member:

• Approach and engage prospective customers in person to introduce current Frontier products and service options and close sales
• Explain pricing, plan features, and promotional offers in a clear and straightforward way
• Guide customers through the full cycle sales process including account setup and activation while following company compliance standards
• Answer questions, resolve basic concerns, and ensure each customer interaction is professional and accurate
• Track daily conversations, applications, and completed enrollments to meet individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with leadership and peers during training meetings to improve sales techniques and performance
• Stay informed on product updates, service changes, and competitive offers in the marketplace

Frontier Team Member Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Comfortable speaking with new people daily
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and open to feedback
• Interest in long-term growth within a sales-focused environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 – $5,100.00 per month
