Body Shop Plus is the leading commercial truck and fleet collision center on the Central Coast. We have a good mix of Passenger Vehicles, Fleet Vehicles and Commercial. Most of our best technicians came from the auto collision world.

This is a shop designed for technicians who want to work, produce, and go home on time.

The Work

You’ll handle full-scope collision repairs including:

• Structural and non-structural body repairs.
• Metal work and panel replacement.
• MIG welding and fabrication.
• Fiberglass Repair
• Frame and alignment corrections.
• Damage repair and straightening.
• Disassembly and reassembly.
• Final quality checks.

Most work is straightforward, well-written repairs for passenger vehicles, fleets, municipalities, and commercial customers.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years collision repair experience (auto or truck).
• Strong metal and body repair skills.
• Welding experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Pride in clean, correct repairs.
• Professional attitude.

Commercial truck experience is a plus, not required. If you are solid in auto collision, we can train the truck side.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone ready to hit the production floor.
