We are expanding our work to include AI-powered tools that support educators, students, and communities in building healthier, more effective learning environments.
We are looking for an AI Technology Integration Specialist to join our remote team and help us build the next generation of educational technology tools powered by artificial intelligence.
What You Will Be Building:
• An AI-powered educator coaching platform that provides personalized feedback and professional development recommendations to teachers based on classroom data and learning goals
• A student wellness and engagement tracking system that uses machine learning to identify early signs of disengagement or stress and recommends timely interventions
• A curriculum design assistant that helps educators build culturally responsive, differentiated lesson plans using large language models
• An internal knowledge management system that organizes and surfaces Radiant Roots training materials, research, and coaching content across programs
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software engineering
• Experience building and deploying AI systems and APIs
• Ability to translate human-centered design requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Comfort working in a small mission-driven team with significant ownership over product decisions
• Passion for education, wellness, and using technology to create positive human impact
What We Offer:
• Fully remote position
• Salary: $60,000 per year
