Job Summary
The Admissions Recruiter & Social Media Coordinator is a dynamic role blending traditional recruitment strategies with a heavy emphasis on digital engagement to attract, engage, and enroll prospective students. This individual will manage both a recruitment territory (50% of the role) and the institution’s admissions-focused social media presence (50% of the role), serving as a primary brand ambassador across various online platforms and in-person events. The coordinator will craft compelling digital content, manage social media campaigns, and provide essential admissions counseling to prospective students and their families. This position operates in a professional office environment but also requires local and occasional out-of-state travel for recruitment events. The role requires flexibility, including availability for evening and weekend work to support events and manage an active social media presence.
