What You’ll Do
- Source, engage, and build relationships with top talent in the engineering and construction sectors
- Develop and grow a strong network within your assigned candidate and client market
- Learn to identify hiring needs and talent gaps through conversations with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Understand candidates’ motivators, career priorities, and long-term goals and translate those insights into market opportunities
- Assess skills and fit, and help candidates position themselves effectively for client needs
- Coach candidates on interviews, resumes, and compensation strategy
- Support offer negotiation and help manage expectations on both the candidate and client side
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new clients, projects, and hiring opportunities
- Develop a strong network within your market
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome)
- 0-3 years of experience; No recruiting experience required.
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in working with people
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Are interested in sales, business development, or people-focused careers
- Coachable, curious, and motivated by growth
