OPPORTUNITY TO GET INTO THE MEDICAL ADMIN FIELD WORKING FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST HEALTHCARE FACILITIES IN THE AREA

ROCHESTER, NY (ON SITE ONLY)

MONDAY – FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

$18/HR

Qualifications

• 2 years of office administration/data entry experience
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the billing team to perform data entry and verification tasks.
• Utilize Excel extensively to manage and analyze data related to patient accounts.
• Process new information and update patient accounts accordingly.
• Identify and resolve any missing information by employing various methods to obtain the necessary data.
• Reach out to current patients to gather required information for their accounts.
• Work with paper reports, ensuring they are accurately processed and updated in the system

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 – $18.50/hr.
