Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Accounting Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, and handling journal entries. The role also involves using accounting software to ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and compliant with applicable standards.

We are looking to onboard an in-house bookkeeper- we do not want to outsource our books to a bookkeeping company. Compensation: $35/hr to start.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and Journal Entries
• Experience working with Accounting Software and Finance-related tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred
