We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations and financial processes. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
• Support ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed

✅ Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior (0–2+ years experience, internships included)
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related roles is a plus
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office applications
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
