Picker/Packer Full Time

Key Responsibilities

· Pick and pack materials, components, and finished products according to work orders

· Operate Hi-Lo (forklift) safely to move materials throughout the facility

· Load, unload, and stage pallets and materials in designated areas

· Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging accuracy

· Supply production lines with required materials

· Prepare finished goods for shipment

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Report damaged materials, inventory issues, or safety concerns

· Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Previous pick/pack, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

· Hi-Lo (forklift) experience required; certification preferred or ability to obtain

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Safety & PPE Requirements

· Steel-toe safety boots required at all times

· High-visibility vest must be worn while operating a forklift

· Additional PPE required as per company safety policies

Work Environment

· Manufacturing / warehouse facility

· Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures

Schedule

· First Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

· Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch

· Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
