We have an immediate opportunities for a Full Stack Developer to join a team building innovative software supporting the Customer’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. We’re supporting a well-established customer that is responsible for critical and high-visibility missions applications used by a wide audience. Our team is tremendously talented, and we need to add a talented and creative UIUX Engineer to the team.
This candidate is responsible for the development of innovative, engaging, and effective UI/UX and JavaScript programming. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to think critically and have knowledge of current visual and interaction design principles while performing within a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proven ability to create well-structured and maintainable WordPress site themes from scratch
- Proficiency in developing WordPress plugins to support custom site functionality and integrations
- Good eye for design and attention to detail
- Improve the overall efficiency of the website’s back-end including database and server integration
- Maintain and optimize the WordPress theme and plugins
- Conduct website performance tests, and execute performance enhancements to improve site speed
- Monitor the performance of the live website and troubleshoot content and user experience issues that arise
- Responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required to perform well as a member of a rapid paced, cross-functional team environment
- Utilize agile development methodology

Mandatory Requirements
- Developmental (0-2 years’ experience)
- Full Performance (3-5 years’ experience)
- Senior (6-10 years’ experience)
- Expert (11-15 years’ experience)
- SME (16+ years’ experience)
- BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant
- 6 + years of experience with JavaScript
- Framework experience required such as VUE.js, Angular, or React.
- Work closely with the product team to chart our roadmap forward and enhance usability.
- Be a part of the development team to support and maintain existing production code and develop new and exciting products to our client base.
- Evaluate user stories and acceptance criteria to validate front-end coding and influence story or acceptance criteria to get stronger development solutions.
- Stay current on new technologies as they relate to web-based application development and user interface design.
- Participate in code reviews and internal team scrums.
Optional Requirements
- Experience with VUE.js framework
- Ability to work with the front end and middle tier
- Experience working with Java
