Description
Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.
Seeking a Software Developer for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Access Management Program. The Software Engineer will work with a small team of developers, software engineers, and data engineers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with an industry leading identity and access management software platform custom-built for complex enterprises (an array of training is available)
- Integrate with and perform O&M on industry leading COTS identity access management system. Maintain expertise on chosen COTS systems.
- Develop Java applications within the framework of the identity and access management software platform.
- Create RESTful APIs.
- Establish and maintain infrastructure in a repeatable fashion, I.e., continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.
- Write custom scripts to install and configure code for deployment to EC2 instances.
- Participate in Agile software development processes including.
- Support system O&M activities including identify, investigate and fix system bugs.
- Participate in code review, and disciplined Dev Ops activities.

Mandatory Requirements
- Developmental (0-2 years’ experience)
- Full Performance (3-5 years’ experience)
- Senior (6-10 years’ experience)
- Expert (11-15 years’ experience)
- SME (16+ years’ experience)
- BS degree and 16+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years’ experience in Agile software development
- Must have significant experience with Java, Shell/Batch Scripting, Hibernate, Amazon Web Services, GitHub, Jenkins, and Rundeck
Optional Requirements
- SQL, Python, HTML, XML, LDAP Search, CloudFormation Scripting
- Java, Javascript, UI frameworks such as React or similar
