What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
• Generate and promote Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Utilize a computerized system for tracking contacts and troubleshooting customer needs
• Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of phone sales experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in using a computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
