Advanced Fiber Products is hiring production positions
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment.
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift Monday-Thursday 9:45 pm-8:00 am
- Training may take place on 1st shift
What You’ll Do:
- Work at heights up to 20 feet using a Skyjack
- Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs consistently
- Tie roving bales using air stitchers
- Stay active—this role involves standing and walking throughout your shift
- Learn on the job with hands-on training provided
- Support team operations and take on additional tasks as needed
- Operate and monitor pultrusion machines
- Handle fiberglass materials and maintain production flow
- Read setup sheets and production orders to meet quality standards
- Perform quality checks throughout production
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Clean and maintain equipment and tooling
- Assist with machine setup, shutdown, and changeovers
- Cross-train in other areas of the plant
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- Ability to read measurements and production documentation
- Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and PPE requirements
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work overtime as neededMotivated, dependable, and quick-moving individuals
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
